about the II/V gallery
Named for its location at the crossroads of the fifth and second wards of west Evanston, the II/V Gallery is set in the main café space of Boocoo Cultural Center and Cafe. Walls and floor space serve as the venue for individuals and organizations that use the visual arts as a medium to entertain, inspire, educate, inform and transform both the artist and the viewer. Exhibitions run for 6 weeks. An opening reception will be held at Boocoo Cultural Center and Café for each selected artist. The II/V Gallery welcomes submissions by artists of all skill levels and accomplishments.
